The welcoming atmosphere created by Solmaz, the attentive manager, and his friendly staff truly made us feel at home; their willingness to go above and beyond, especially during my daughter's illness, showcased their exceptional customer service. The hotel's lively surroundings and proximity to Istanbul's main attractions ensured that we could explore the city effortlessly while enjoying a well-appointed room featuring modern amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was a delightful affair, offering a substantial variety to fuel our adventures each day, all at an incredibly reasonable price. With excellent service and a fantastic location, the Castle is a gem for those seeking value and charm in their travels.
